VINALL is run by one person as an independent project. Using it means agreeing to the following, which is deliberately short and plainly written.
Your ratings, notes and lore stay yours. By posting them you allow VINALL to store and display them in the app, including to other users where you have made them public.

Every profile has a Report button, and a Block button that hides that person from your feeds. Reports are reviewed and accounts that break these rules can be removed without warning. The person you report or block is never told who did it.
Discs are points inside VINALL. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, and cannot be exchanged for money or for anything outside the app. They may be adjusted or reset if they were obtained by exploiting a bug. Cosmetic items bought with Discs stay on your account for as long as the account exists.
Streaming figures and market prices shown in the games come from public third-party data and are approximate. They are there to play with, not to rely on.
VINALL does not host any music. Album artwork, catalogue information and the 30-second preview clips are supplied by Deezer and remain the property of their respective owners. Preview playback is limited to a short clip; full tracks open in Deezer.
VINALL is provided as-is, with no guarantee that it will be available, or that nothing will ever be lost. Keep your own copy of anything you would be upset to lose. It is an independent project, not a bank.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.
You can delete your account at any time from your profile, which removes everything immediately. We can suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the country you live in.
